A collaboration

It is, first of all, a relationship of trust, mutual trust without which nothing can be achieved.
It is a relationship between 2 people
based on respect and a non-judgemental state of mind, where each of us has its own view of his surrounding world, its own resources and its own needs.
The cooperation is to develop a common project.
This is not a program that the Coach forces you to follow, this project is your adventure.

The Coach does not push you forward, he does not pull you either, he follows you right next to you.
You decide which path to take, he accompanies you to facilitate your success and your efficiency before leaving you independently.

This collaboration aims at:     
* Increasing and enriching your vision.     
* Helping you get in touch with your resources.     
* Enhancing information about yourself.    
* Making the smallest change, finding out the smallest action needed for you which lead to bigger change.

Easy actions to undertake, concrete and motivating actions that trigger you, which will in a natural chain reaction, lead you to far more important changes.
It is a time for collaboration and co-creation. It is a time to step back and improve awareness, to see, if necessary, the events in a different way in order to decide and act in a better way.

In the context of private and professional coaching and sports, the Coach is responsible for the framework and the means used to help you achieve your goal.
You are responsible, particularly in the private and professional coaching, of the content (your thinking, your experience, your reasons, your failures and your successes, your ressources ...) and of the putting it into action.

In this relationship, you should feel free to:

An art !

Neither the Coach nor you has the solution.
It
emerges through the relationship, in this space-time and personal awareness offer by the coaching, which allows the person to reposition himself, to consider the problem differently, as well as his relationship with this problem.
And if the customer endorses the solution, it is precisely because he is
actively involved in its development.



The Coaching is always in a process of progress and positive change.
This change will only be sustainable if:
* The coach takes into account the totality of the person
* The development of the person does not conflict or contradict with its complex environment (internal and external)

A professional coach :

* Is a trained general coach and better, has experience in this profession.
* Has an ethics, and show it.
* Has done a therapeutic work on himself for his shadow areas, or has done some work on personal development, so he is aware of the required steps you are about to discover.
* Regularly meets with a supervisor.
* Knows how to make a diagnosis on his client.
* Masters the tools he uses.
